RESOLUTION NO. 70R-532
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SUPPLEMENTAL CO-
OPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. 242l-Sl WITH THE STATE
OF CALIBORNIA RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION OF
STADIUM OVERHEAD.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore on the
18th day of November, 1969 entered into Cooperative Agreement
No. 2421 covering the construction of Stadium Overhead as part
of the State of California's Freeway Project 07-0RA-57;
and
WHEREAS, it was agreed that revisions would be made
in the cost estimates in connection with said project; and
WHEREAS, a revised cost estimate has been submitted
to the City and has been reviewed by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into a Supple-
mental Cooperative Agreement incorporating such revised cost
estimate.
NOW, THBREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the City of Anaheim that certain Supplemental Cooperative
Agreement between the City of Anaheim and the State of California
being designated Supplemental Cooperative Agreement No. 242l-Sl.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of November, 1970.
