RESOLUTION NO. 70R-523

A RESOLU~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI~ ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM ROBERT
H. GRANT CORPORATION .
WHEREAS, ithe City of Anaheim has been negotiating for
the purchase of th~ property described herein from the Robert
H. Grant corporatiqn; and
WHEREAS, isaid negoti.ations culminated in an agreement
by the City of Ana!eim to purchase said property, said agreement
having been author'zed by Ordinance No. 2864 passed at an
adjourned regu1areeting of the City Council on October 28, 1970;
and
WHEREAS, the Robert H. Grant Corporation is tendering
to the City of Ana~eim its grant deed covering the hereinafter
described property~ and
WHEREAS, . the City Council finds that it is in the best
interest of the City to accept said deed from the Robert H.
Grant Corporation.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahei* that it accept and it does hereby accept
from Robert H. Gra*t Corporation, a California corporation, a
grant deed coverin1J the following described real property:
That certain parcel of land in the Rancho Santiago de Santa
Ana, in the County of Orange, State of California, defined
as follows:
