RESOLUTION NO. 70R-519
A RESOLUtON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY
OF ANAHE M DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABAN. N CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND FIXING
A DATE FqR HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed ,under the provisions of the Public Service
Easement Vacation ~aw, Title 5, Division 1, Article 5 of the
Government Code, in connection with a request for vacation and
abandonment of certain real property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahei~ that it hereby declares its intention to
vacate, abandon and close to public use those certain easements
for public utility 'purposes upon, along, over and through the
following described property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, and State of California, to wit:
Those certain 10 foot wide public utility easements,
shown as both running in an east west direction across
Lot One of Tract No. 6315, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 233, pages 42 and 43 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, said public utility
easements are Imore particularly described in deeds re-
corded in Book 7100, page 855 and Book 7370, page 125,
records of Orange County, California.
and it elects to p~oceed under the provisions of the Public
Service Easement V~cation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Article 5
of the Government qode.
BE IT FU~HER RESOLVED that a time and place for hear-
ing all persons intierested in or objecting to the proposed
vacation and abandonment has been fixed on the 10th day of
November ,19'70, at 1: 30 0' clock P.M. in the Council
Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the pas$age of this resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in a manner prescribed by law in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published
and circulated in s'aid City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 20th day of October, 1970.
