RESOLUTION NO. 70R-5l6
A RESOLUtION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ~ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 65R-465 WHICH
AMENDS RESOLUTION NO. 64R-200.
WHEREAS,. the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
March 24, 1964, ad~pt Resolution No. 64R-200 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 63f64-62 finding and determining that the property
and area therein d~scribed should be changed from R-A, RESIDENTIAL
AGRICULTURAL to R-~, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE and C-l,
NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE; and
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of June, 1965, the City Council
of the City of Ana~eim did adopt Resolution No. 65R-465 amending
Resolution No. 64R.200 as more particularly described in said
resolution subject to certain conditions therein set forth because
the City Council f$und that Condition No. 10 of Resolution No.
64R-200 was ambigu$us and needed clarification and amendment
thereto; and
WHEREAS, . the City Council finds that since the Resolution
of Intent for R-3 .nd C-l for this area was adopted, a number of
variances have bee' approved which would provide for greater density
than the project imtended, thus that it is necessary to amend the
two previous resolutions to allow for greater density.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R-465 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings N~. 63-64-62 be, and the same is hereby amended
by amending Condition No. 10 thereof to read as follows:
10. "That plans for the development of any portion of
subject wroperty shall be submitted to the Development
Review BQard; and provided that any plans for any
portion of the property in Portion "A" shall comply
with all provisions of the R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESI-
DENTIAL ~ONE; and provided further that plans for
Portion IiIB" shall conform to all provisions of the C-l,
GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 64R-200 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 20th day of O~tober, 1970.
