RESOLUTION NO. 70R-S03 A RESOLU~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING AND ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSA~ION FOR VARIOUS JOB CLASSES, AND SUPER- SEDING PORTIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 69R-600 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM as follows: SECTION 1; That the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the classifications of employment listed below shall be allocated to compensation schedules as follows: CLASS TITLE SCHEDULE II NUMBER PAY RANGE Extra Fireman Fire Captain Fire Engineer Fire Inspector Fireman 50 C-C 58 53 E-E 54 50 4.90/hr. $ 936.00-1138.80 1007.07-1007.07 849.33-1033.07 769.60- 936.00 SECTION 2: The letter "X" preceding a schedule number indicates that employees working in that job class are exempt from overtime provisions, as provided in Personnel Rule 6.04, Premium Pay. SECTION 3: The attached "City of Anaheim Salary Schedule II" shall constitute the basic compensation plan for officers and employees of the city of Anaheim listed herein. Schedule numbers and salary steps within those schedules (as designated by letters) which are listed in Section 1 of this Resolution refer to the corresponding schedules and steps listed in the attached "City of Anaheim Salary Schedule II." SECTION 4: The provisions of Section 1 of this Reso- lution shall super~ede the provisions of Section 1 of Resolution No. 69R-600 and amendments thereto, provided, however, that those classifications of employment and rates of pay listed in Section 1 of Resolution No. 69R-600 which are not listed in Section 1 of this Resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
