RESOLUTION NO. 70R-502
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE]l'1 ANENDING CERTAIN RESOLUTIONS OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM IN CONNECTION WITH THE
PARKS fu~D RECREATION FEES TO BE CHARGED BY
THE CITY iPURSUM~T TO TITLE 17, LAND DEVELOP-
~lliNT N~D iRESOURCES, CHAPTER 17.08, SUBDIVI-
SIONS, OP THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on August 2, 1966,
adopt Resolution NO. 66R-526 establishing fees for park and
recreation purposes to be charged in connection with residential
construction; and
L~iEREAS, the City of Anaheim has amended Section 5 of
Resolution No. 66R~526, which established the fees to be charged
in connection witnresidential construction. The latest said
resolution was enaated on the 21st day of January, 1969; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Item 5 of said
resolution should be amended as follows:
"5. PARI'f AND RECREATION FEES:
(a) $200.00 per dwelling unit for R-l and
R-2-5000 lots.
(b) $125.00 per apartment unit.
(c) $100.00 per trailer space in trailer parks. II
NOW, THEJU;FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by t.."'e City Council of
the City of Anahei~ that Resolution No. 66R-526 as amended be,
and the same is heteby, amended by amending Item 5 thereof effective
January 1, 1971, establishing said Parks and Recreation Fee to
read as follows:
"5. (a) $200.00 per dwelling unit for R-l and
R-2-5000 lots.
(b) $125.00 per apartment unit.
(c) $100.00 per trailer space in trailer parks. "
BE 1'1.' FURThl:;l:Z RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 66R-526 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of October, 1970.
