RESOLUTION NO. 70R -499
A RESOLUTtON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE~ AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE AGREE-
MENT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
(SHORB WEt.L).
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim heretofore on the 1st day
of January, 1968, d~d enter into an agreement with the Orange
County Water District in connection with the right of the Dis-
trict to use the ShQrb Well; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim that said agreement be amended to include a payment by
the District to the City for the water produced from said well;
and
WHEREAS, such an agreement has been submitted by the
District and approv~d by the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute that certain agree-
ment as of the 2nd day of March, 1970, by and between the City
of Anaheim and the Orange County Water District.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of October, 1970.
