RESOLUTION NO. 70R-446
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM cpRRECTING, NUNC PRO TUNC, RESOLUTION
NO. 69R-728, WHICH LEVIED AN ASSESSMENT ON EACH
LOT AND PARCEL OF LAND CONTAINED IN STREET
LIGHTING ~SESSMENT DISTRICT 69-1 FOR THE FIRST
CONTRACT iYEAR FOR THE AMOUNT ESTIMATED TO BE
NECESSARY TO IMPROVE THE STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM
FOR THE ENSUING CONTRACT YEAR.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 69R-728 would levy an assess-
ment on each lot and parcel of land contained in Street Lighting
Assessment District 1969-1 for the first contract year; and
WHEREAS, it has been discovered that said Resolution
contains a clerical error pertaining to a lot AP number; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 69R-728 should be amended,
nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEIEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 69R-728 be, and the same
is hereby, amended, nunc pro tunc, as follows:
AP No. 7'-441-46 is hereby corrected to read
IIAP No. 19-433-36.11
