A RESOLUTtON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ~AHEIM DENYING CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NOJ ~189 .
WHEREAS, ihe City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receiv a request for a Conditional Use Permi~ from
Harrnatz and Shoerna er Enteprises, Inc., to establish a COln-
operated car wash acili ty wi th accessory gas pumps on C-R,
Commercial-Recreat~on Zone, on the following described property:
All that real iproperty located in the County of Orange,
State of Califfornia, described as follows:
The North 253 feet of the East 125 feet of the Northwest
Quarter of th~ Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
~f Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho San Judn Cajon de Santa Ana, as per map recorded in
Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of
the County Redorder of said County.
Said land is !ncluded within the area shown on a Map filed
for record iniBook 10, page 44 of Parcel Maps in the office
of the County Recorder of said County.
AND WHERE4S, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing at ~he City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon
said request on ~ notices of which
said public hearin were du y given as required by law and the
provisions of Titl 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code; and
WHEREAS, ~aid Commission, after due inspection, in-
vestigation and st:dies made by itself and in its behalf and
after due consider tion of all evidence and reports offered at
said hearing, did dopt its Resolution No. PC 70-112_

WHEREAS, ~hereafter, within twenty-two (22) days from
the date of the adqption of said resolution, a written appeal
was filed with the iCity Council protesting the action of the
City Planning Commission in rlpnvin~ said Conditional
Use Permit and said appeal was set for public hearing on

ing, that Condition 1 Use Permit Ro. 1189 should be denied.
NOW, THERlJou,l) BE IT RESOLVED ,by the Cit:y Council of
the City of Anahewl that the action of the City Planning Com-
mission denyi~ COnditional Use Permit No. 11.89 be,
and the same Is her~ ~1J~t;:Jinpl5 , and that the request of
Ha.rmatz and , Shoemaker Enterprises, Inc., to establish a coin-
