RESOLUTION NO. 70R-398
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1024 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 68R-308
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS) the City Council did, heretofore to wit) on
the 5th day of June. 1968) adopt Resolution No. 68R-308 granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 1024 permitting the construction of
a two-story) 34-unit motel on property therein described; and
WHEREAS) the City Council has extended the time for
compliance for all conditions within said Conditional Use Permit
No. 1024 from time to time; and
WHEREAS) the City Planning Commission pursuant to
Resolution No. PC 70-24 has recommended the termination of
Conditional Use Permit No. 1024 on the basis that none of the
conditions of approVal in Resolution No. 68R-308 granting said
Conditional Use Permit have been met; and in addition, Conditional
Use Permit No. 1186 encompasses both the use and the property
originally considered in Conditional Use Permit No. 1024 on
property located on the East side of State College Boulevard)
south of Orangewood Avenue; and
WHEREAS) after careful consideration of the Planning
Commission's recommendation, the City Council finds that all
proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 1024
should be terminated.
NOW) THERtFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
conditional Use Permit No. 1024 be, and the same are hereby,
terminated, and that Resolution No. 68R-308 be, and the same is
hereby, declared null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of August, 1970.
