A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF M~MIEIM APPROVING A FREEWAY ~ffiINTENANCE
AGREEMENT COVERING 'rHE PORTION OF ROUTE 57
FREEWAY WI~HIN THE CITY OF &~Al1EIM BETWEEN
ROUTE 91 F~EWAY AND THE CITY LIMITS OF
PLACENTIA. .
WHEP~AS, t~e State of California, Department of Public
"Jorks, Division of Hjighways, hereinafter referred to as "STATE",
has submitted a Freeway Maintenance Agreement covering the portion
of Route 57 Freeway within the City of Anaheim between the River-
side Freeway, Route 91, and the City limits of Placentia; and
WHEREAS, the City finds it to be in the best interests
of the City of Anaheiim to enter into said agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents
thereof.
NOW, THEP~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said Ivlaintenance Agreement be, and the
same is hereby approved, and the r4ayor and the City Clerk are
directed to sign on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of July, 1970.
