A RESOLU~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM THORIZING THE l~YOR TO ENTER INTO TWO
CONTRACT i FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF TEMPORARY PER-
SONNEL IN THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department of the
City of Anaheim is ~n the need of the services of a Host having
as his primary duty the welcoming of guest bands for Anaheim
Parks and Recreation Department; and
WHEREAS, ~oss Davis, an individual, is qualified to
perform the service~ of a Host; and
WHEREAS, ~he City of Anaheim desires to secure the
services of a Pops ~hora1e Director having as his primary duty
the direction of the Chorale Group for the Anaheim Parks and
Recreation Departmept; and
WHEREAS, Mike Tausig, an individual, is qualified to
perform such servic~s as a Chorale Director.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheiml that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby aut~orized and directed to execute agreements
for the temporary employment of Ross Davis as Host and Mike
Tausig, as Chorale birector, for the City of Anaheim Parks and
Recreation Department according to the terms and conditions of
said agreements app~oved by the City Council this 28th day of
July, 1970. ----
THE FOREGpING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of July, 1970.
