RESOLUTION NO. 70R-367
A RESOLUi~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECT I N WITH VARIANCE NO. 1178 AND DECLAR-
RESOLUTI N NO. 5743 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, jthe City Planning Commission granted Variance
No. 1178 on Decemb~r 7, 1959; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Variance No. 1178
on the 12th day of January, 1960, by Resolution No. 5743; and
WHEREAS, .the City Planning Commission, pursuant to
Resolution No. PC7!-113, recommended termination of Variance No.
1178 on the basis hat the uses permitted under said Variance
are now permitted s a matter of right in the C-R Zone established
on the property by 'Ordinance No. 2675; and
WHEREAS, jthe City Council concurs in the action taken by
the Planning Commi~sion in terminating Variance No. 1178 on the
basis of the findi~gs made by the Planning commission.
NOW, TH!tFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahe' that Variance No. 1178 be terminated and all
proceedings and reolutions be null and void.
THE FORE$OING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of J~ly, 1970.
