STREET LIdHnNG SYS'l'EM FOR SUCH ENSUING CONTRACT 'YEAR.
WHUEAS, ~heCity Council of the City of .Anaheim has
established a streed lighting maintenance district designated "Street
I4.ghting Assessment District 1965-3;" and
~'RF.AS, *e Superintendent of Streets has estimated the
amount necessary to~rove the street lighting system for the ensuing
contract year, from cruly 1, 1970 to June 30, 1971, to be $655.00.
NOW, ~RE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AND ~ER:AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Ci~y Council does determine that the amount
neces~ to improve the street lighting system for
the e~uing contract year is $65~.00.
2.
That t~e cost to each lot in proportion to the
estimated benefits to be received by each lot or
parcel I of land is determined to be and each lot
and pateel of land is assessed and a levy made
againat each such lot and parcel of land, as
follo'ri:
(a) The sum of $10.57 for each of the
following parcel nt.ttnlers:

3. That ap.1 sums for the cost of maintenance or improve-
ment of the street J$.ghting system for the ensuing contract year, from
July l, 1970 to June 30, 1971, are hereby declared to be a lien upon the
property in "Street Lighting Assessment District 1965-3; " and shall be
collected with the dtxes on the said property.
4. That ~ Director of Finance of the City af Anaheim be,
and he is hereby autJiorized and directed to file with the County Auditor
of the County of O~e, on or before August 10, 1970, a certified copy
of this resolution a~d a certified copy of the Report of the Superintendent
of Streets hereby cotlfirmed; and the County Auditor is authorized and re-
quested to enter eac~ assessment in the County tax rolls opposite the
parcel of land, and .dd the amount of assessment to the next regular tax
bill levied against each of said parcels, for municipal purposes.
