A RESOLUT~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
LEVYING AN! ASSESSMENT ON EACH LOT AND PARCEL OF LAND
CONTAINED N STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 1965-2
FOR THE CO CT YEAR, JULY 1, 1970 to JUNE 30, 1971,
FOR THE UNT ESTIMATED TO BE NECESSARY TO IMPROVE THE
STREET LIG, TING SYSTEM FOR SUCH ENSUING CONTRACT YEAR.
WHEREAS, t~e City Council of the City of Anaheim has
established a street ~ighting maintenance district designated IIStreet
Lighting Assessment D~strict 1965..2;" and
WHEREAS, t~e Superintendent of Streets has estimated the
amount necessary to i~rove the street lighting system for the ensuing
contract year, July l~ 1970 to June 30, 1971, to be $165.60.
NOW, THEREfORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AtID ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1.
The Ci~y Council does determine that the amount
necess~ry to improve the street lighting system
for th~ ensuing contract year is $165.60.
2.
That:1e cost to each lot in proportion to the
esti ed benefits to be received by each lot or
parcel of land is determined to be, and each lot
and P~cel of land is assessed and a levy made
agains each such lot and parcel of land, as

3. That ~11 sums for the cost of maintenance or improvement
of the street 1ighti~g system for the ensuing contract year, from July 1,
1970 to June 30, 197 , are hereby declared to be a lien upon the property
in IIStreet Lightingssessment District 1965-2," and shall be collected
with the taxes on th~ said property.

4. That ~he Director of Finance of the City of Anaheim be
and he is hereby aut orized and directed to file with the County Auditor
of the County of Ora ge, on or before August 10, 1970, a certified copy of
this resolution and certified copy of the Report of the Superintendent
of Streets hereby co*firmed; and the County Auditor is authorized and re-
quested to enter eacij assessment in the County tax rolls opposite the
parcel of land, and ~dd the amount of assessment to the next regular tax
bill levied against ~ch of said parcels, for municipal purposes.
