SXREE'r LIGH!crNG SYSTEM OF STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT 1965-l-B.
WHEREAS, t~ City of Anaheim operates a public utility capable
1)f furnishing maintllmAnce and energy for street lights; and
(~
~ERF.AS. the Street Lighting Act of 1931 authorizes the City
Council to direct the Superintendent of Streets to issue an inter-
departmental work order for the maintenance of the street lighting
syst~
NOW. XHUEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Ccuncil of the City
of Anaheim that the Superintendent of Streets is hereby directed to
issue an interdepartmental work order for the maintenance of Street
Lighting Maintenanc~ District 1965-l-B for each year during the
existence of the Maintenance District.
