RESOLUTION NO. 70R-350
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
AN AUDITIN(; AGREEMENT DATED JULY 28, 1970, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to have its books, records, funds and all other financial
documents audited on an annual basis; and
WHEREAS, AUditor has submitted a proposal to audit said
books, records, funds and all other financial documents; and
WHEREAS, City has determined that Auditor is qualified
and willing to perform said auditing duties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement with
White and Steichen to perform auditing services dated July 28, 1970,
be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of July, 1970.
