RESOLUTION NO. 70R- 349
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER
INTO THREE CONTRACTS FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF
TEMPORARY ~ERSONNEL IN THE PARKS AND RECRE-
ATION DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department of the
City of Anaheim is in need of the services of a Technical Director,
to direct the City of Anaheim's Greek Theatre, a Community Band
Director, and a Stage Manager; and
WHEREAS, George Maisch, an individual, is qualified
to perform the services of a Technical Director~ and
WHEREAS, Ross Davis, an individual, is qualified to
perform the services of the Community Band Director; and
WHEREAS, Christopher Paul, an individual, is qualified
to perform the services of the Stage Manager.
NOW, THERE,ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute agreements
for the temporary ~loyment of George Maisch as Technical Director,
Ross Davis as Commu~ty Band Director and Christopher Paul as
Stage Manager of the City of Anaheim's Greek Theatre according to
the terms and conditions of said agreements approved by .~~1:.~ .:{
the City Council this 7th day of July, 1970.
