A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEUt ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF pd~TIONS OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
DESCRIBED HEREIN AND RESERVING THEREFROM CER-
TAIN EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, ~he City Council of the City of Anaheim did
on the 16th day of ~une, 1970, declare by Resolution No. 70R-305
its intention to va4ate and abandon portions of certain property
indicating its intention to reserve certain public utility ease-
ments therefrom, and did set the 7th day of July, 1970, for a
public hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, ~n said 7th day of July, 1970, at 1:30 o'clock
P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of
Anaheim, said publio hearing was held; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds from the evidence
submitted at said p~blic hearing that portions of the real
property described nerein and in said Resolution of Intention
are unnecessary for present or prospective roadway and alley
purposes but that certain public utility easements should be
reserved therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheimt
1. That it finds that said public hearing was properly
held and that all notices were given and publica-
tions made as required by law.
2. That those portions of the real property toward
which a request for vacation and abandonment was
directed ~re not necessary for present or prospec-
tive roadway and alley purposes and does hereby
order that said portions, as herein set forth, be
and they ~re hereby vacated, abandoned and closed
to public use.
3. That said portions of real property herein ordered
vacated, abandoned and closed to public use are
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, and are more particularly
described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot One of Tract No.
1353, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 105, pages 122
through 126, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California; thence North 00 14' 05" East,
74.15 feet along the easterly line of said Lot One to the
northeasterly corner thereof; thence South 560 45' 29"
East, 53.66 feet to an intersection with a line parallel
with and 20 feet easterly of the centerline of Sunkist
Street; thence South 00 14' 05" West, 84.95 feet to a
point, said point being a point in a line tangent to the
beginning of a curve concave southwesterly and having a
radius of 40 feet; thence northerly and northwesterly

along said curve through a central angle of 890 43' 12"
an arc distance of 62.34 feet to an intersection with a
line para1~el with and 30 feet northerly of the center-
line of Romneya Drive, as said center1i~e is shown on the
Map of said Tract No. l353; thence North 890 24' 07" West,
5.23 feet to the point of beginning.
That the City Council finds that easements should
be reserveU for public utility purposes and that
minimum 25~foot access ways over, under, across,
along and through all of the above-described parcels
of land should be retained.

That the City Council does hereby order that ease-
ments for public utility purposes, together with
the right of ingress and egress, be retained and
reserved to a minimum 25-foot access way over, under,
across, along and through all of the above-described
parcels of land.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
she is hereby author~zed and directed to cause a certified copy
of this Resolution ahd Order, attested by her under the seal of
the City of Anaheim, to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.
