RESOLUTION NO. 70R-341
A P~SOLU~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ~~ArIEIM APPROVING THE TE}~S AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREE-
~mNT WIT~ H. HAROLD ELY &~D AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
M~END~ffiNt TO AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, City and Contractor have heretofore entered
into an Agreement which expires on June 30, 1970; and
WHEF~AS, Contractor exanunes documents and renders
opinions concerning said documents pursuant to said Agreement;
and
WHEP~AS, during the period of the contract in fiscal
1969-70, the amount of documents has increased substantially;
NOlrJ. 'I'HE:$EFOlill, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci t~r Council of
t:i1e City of TmaJleiltl that the amendment to Agreement is hereby
approved on the following terms and conditions:
1. Para~raph 4 of said Agreement is hereby amended
to p*ovide that II 4. CI'fY agrees to pay CONTRACTOR
the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per month
for each and every month during \-vhich COJ~TRACTOR
renders such service (including the one (1) full
month vacation) said payment is to be madE~ on or

month in which the service is rendered. II
2. Para~raph 5 of said Agreenent is hereby amended to
provide that ['5. This Agreement shall become
effective when executed by both parties hereto and
shall continue until June 30, 1972, PHOVIDED, HOW-
EVER, that eiti1er party may terminate said Agreement
by sending to the other party written notice of
intention to terlainate the saITe at least fifteen
(15) days prior to the end of any calendar month.!;
BE IT FURTHEH. RESOLVED that the i-Jayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
