been established in accordance with Sections 186.3 and 186.4
of the streets and i:Iighways Code I and

a report and map in which are recommended certain additions and
deletions to the select systen, which are warranted by changes
brought about ;)y annexations r changes in traffi.c or land use
patterns or ot.her causes of eC::iual necessity which have occurred
since the system was estal:Jlished or last amended; and
vhILf:EAS, tJ1is Council finds the recommended select system
additions and deletions to be necessary for the expenditure of
apportioned Righvlay Users Tax Funds in the manner and in accord-
ance wie1 the provisions of the Statutes,

adopt said report and map, in accordance with tl1e provisions
