WHEREAS, t~e City Council of the City of
desirous of purcha ing the hereinafter described
for municipal purp ses, to wit: An easement for
road and 9ub~ic utility 9urposes
Anaheim is
real property
and
WH..t:.REAS, tl~e owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey Ithe same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, t~e City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the !benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept ~aid offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and acros, the easterly 32 feet, as measured at
right angles to the centerline of Loara Street, of the
southerly 4 acr.s of the East half of the Northwest
quarter of the $orthwest quarter of Section 16, Township
4 South, Range ~O West in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana being a portion of Lot 6, Helen and Lynch's
Addition to An~eim as shown on a Map recorded in Book
442, page 158 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County,
California.
