A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING Tp THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY F~ AN EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION
AND MAINTEN~CE OF UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL CON-
DUIT AND RE:Q.ATED ELECTRICAL FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchaaing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purpqses, to wit: An easement for ~h~ installa-
und elect ical conduit and
related elect~ical facilities ; and
WH~REAS, the owner of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of P.R.C. DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION. a cor~ration
A public utility easement for the installation and main-
tenance of underground electrical conduit and related
electrical facilities as shown on a Map attached hereto and
made a part hereof, over, under and across a strip of land
5 feet wide, unless otherwise indicated on said Map, lying
within the following described parcel of land:
Lot 1 of Tract No. 6315, as shown on a Map thereof recorded
in Book 233, pages 42 and 43, Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County.

be, and the same is ~ereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FUR~HER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim qe, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of s~id real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO).
