OF ANAHEIM ~CCEPTING AN EASEMENT yRANT DEEQ
CONVEYING Tb THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOIR AN EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION
AND MAINTENANcE OF A WATER METER VAULT.
WHEREAS, th~ City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasiing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purpo~es, to wit: An easement for the
installation and intenance of a water meter vault

to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, th~ City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the ~enefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept s~id offer and purchase said real property.

property situated in the City of Anaheim. County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for the

An easement far the installation and maintenance of a water
meter vault o~er, under and across a portion of the North-
west quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Section 13, said
corner being tihe intersection of the centerline of Beach
Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue; thence N 890 41' 10" E, along
the centerline of Lincoln Avenue 1,237.30 feet; thence S
00 18' 50" E, 66.00 feet, to the point of intersection with
the south right of way line of Lincoln Avenue, said point of
intersection being the true point of beginning; thence con-
tinuing S 00 18' 50" E, 25.00 feet; thence S 890 41' 10" W,
15.00 feet; thence N 00 18' 50" W, 25.00 feet, to the inter-
section with the south right of way line of Lincoln Avenue;
thence N 890 41' 10" E, 15.00 feet to the true point of
beginning.

ance of said propert~.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim ije, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of s4id real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
