70R-323 - ,.~ ~SOLUTION NO. 70R-32~ A RESOLUTI~OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM INDING AND DETERMINING THAT TITLE 18 OF THE AHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING SHO BE AMENDED AND THAT THE_ BOUND.. ARIES OF CE TAIN ZONES SHOULD BE CHANGED. WHEREAS ~ th~ City Planning Commis'sion of the City of Anaheim has heretoforF duly passed and adopted a resolution recommending denial o~ a change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter ~entioned and described, after having fixed a time and place for the holding of a public hearing thereon in the manner, and as prescribed in Title 18 of the Anaheim MUnicipal Cod~, and after having duly held and conducted such public hearing tp consider said proposed change of zone or zones, and after hJiving received evidence and reports from persons interested th~rein; and WHEREAS~ wi~hin a period of forty (40) days following the hearing thereon~ ~he Planning Commission did duly announce by formal resolution its findings of facts and declare its opiniotilS and reasons for recommending denial of said proposed change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described; and WHEREAS, uppn receipt of said resolution, summary of evidence, report of f]indings and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the ~th day of -_J:W1e , 19 19 ' as the time, and the City ouncil Cham- Ders ~n the ~ty Hal' in the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon s~id proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Co~e, and the exclusion of said property, here- inafter described, frbm the zone in which it is now situated and the incorporation th~reof in the zones hereinafter set forth, and did give notice thereof in the manner and form as provided in said Title 18 of said Anaheim Municipal Code, and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear- ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did there- UpOfi consider the summary 'of evidence presented at said public hearing before the Planning Commission, its report of findings and recommendations~and WHEREAS, tQe City Council does find and determine that the amendment to Tit~e 18 of the Anaheim MUnicipal Code should be adopted and that tihe property hereinafter described should be excluded from the zone or zones in which it is now situated; and incorporated in the ~one or 20nes as hereinafter set forth. That a filnal tract map of subject property shall be s ubmi tted to and approved by the City Council and then be recorded in the office of the Orange County Recorder. 2. That street names shall be approved by the City of Anaheim prior to approval of a final tract map. 3. That trasn storage areas shall be provided in accord- ance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. 4. That fire! hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 5. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim $75.00 per multiple unit to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
