A RESOLUTIQN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING ~O THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PU*POSES.
WHEREAS, th~ City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchas~ng the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purpo~es, to wit: An easement for
roaq and public utility purposes
and
WH.t.REAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, th~ City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

An easement for road and public utilitv purposes over,
under and across a portion of the South half of Section 8,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., described
as follows:
Beginning in the southwest corner of Tract 3095 as shown
on a Map thereof, recorded in Book 122, pages 24 and 25
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
said corner being the centerline intersection of Crescent
Avenue and Chippewa Street; thence N. 890 43' 41" W., along
the centerline of said Crescent Avenue, 159.53 feet; thence
N. 0016' 19" E., 30.00 feet; thence N. 89043' 41" W.,
90.00 feet; thence N. 440 43' 41" W., 21.21 feet; thence
N. 0016' 19" E., 2.00 feet to an intersection with a line
parallel with and 47 feet northerly of the said centerline
of Crescent Avenue; thence S. 890 43' 41" E., 216.85 feet
to the beginnin9 of a tangent curve concave northwesterly
and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence easterly and
northerly along said curve through a central angle of 900
37' 25" an arc distance of 23.73 feet to an intersection
with a line parallel with and 32 feet westerly of the
centerline of said Chippewa Street; thence N. 00 21' 06"
w., along said parallel line, 603.06 feet; thence S. 890
43' 41" E., 32 feet to an intersection with the centerline
of said Chippewa Street, thence S. 00 21' 06" E., along
