A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE
MOVING PElU1IT TO JAMES S. SNOW TO MOVE
A DWELLIN~ FROM 2511 ALMOND AVENUE.
ORANGE. ~IFORNIA. TO 3427.THORNTON
AVENUE. ANAHEIM. CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS. James S. Snow, having filed a written appli-
cation for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from
2511 Almond Avenue, Orange, California, to 3427 Thornton Avenue,
Anaheim~ California; and
WHEREAS. said application having been set for public
hearing on the 16th, day of June, 1970, at the hour of 1:30 o'clock
P.M. and notice of J::he time and place fixed for said public hear-'
ing having been given by mail to all persons residing within a
radius of three hundred feet from the property upon which it is
proposed to move sa~d dwelling house, building or structure, at
least ten days prio): to the date fixed for said hearing, as the
names of such owners appeared upon the last available tax assess-
ment roll; and
WHEREAS. said matter having come on regularly for hear-
ing upon said date ~d said hearing having been duly held and
conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said
application, together with all evidence and reports submitted in
connection therewith, does find that said permit should be granted
subject to the payment to the City of Anaheim of the applicable
park and recreation fee of $125.00.
NOW. THERf::FORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim' that the application of James S. Snow for a
house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 2511 Almond
Avenue, Orange, California, to 3427 Thornton Avenue, Anaheim,
California, be and the same is hereby granted subject to the con-
dition hereinbefore set forth and subject further to compliance
with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings from a
point outside the City of Anaheim onto a lot within the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 16th day of June, 1970.
