A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ~ffiNDING RESOLUTION NO. 70R-8l.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 70R-81 declared Tract No. 2893
withdrawn from Orange County Street Lighting Maintenance District
No.8; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the
legal description of the area to be withdrawn was improperly
stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct such clerical error nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 70R-8l be, and the same
is hereby, amended nunc pro tunc to correctly state the legal
description of the property to be withdrawn from Orange County
Lighting Maintenance District No. 8 to read:
"Tract 2893, recorded in Book 116, pages 40 and 41,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.1I
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
