A RESOImION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHaIM .ACCEPTIt<<; A PERMIT SUBMITTm BY
THE O~E COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT TO
THE CITY TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN ADDITIONAL
LINES TO AN EXISTING HIGH VOLTAGE ELFX:TRICAL
AERIAL CROSSING OVER THE ATWOOD CHANNEL AT.
LINDA VISTA AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore made
application to the Orange County Flood Control District for
a permit to install and maintain additional lines to an
existing high voltage electrical aerial crossing over the
Atwood Channel at Linda Vista Avenue; and
WHEREAS, plans for the above-mentioned improvement
designated "Atwood Channel" have been filed with and approved
by said District's Engineer; and
WHEREAS, Orange County Flood Control District has
submitted to the City Council a form of permit to be accepted
by the City of Anaheim off~ing to grant to the City permission
to install and maintain additional lines to an existing high
voltage electrical aerial crossing over the ~wood Channel at
Linda Vista Avenue, and subj ect to the terms, cove~ants, condi-
tions and agreements therein set forth to be kept, performed
and observed by the City, which permit the City Council finds
would be for the benefit and best interest of the City and
should be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLvm by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Permit No. 11970 of the Orange County
Flood Control District, submitted to the City of Anaheim,
granting to the City permission to install and maintain addi-
tional lines to an existing high voltage electrical aerial
crossing over the Atwood Channel at Linda Vista Avenue, and
subj ect to the terms, covenants, conditions and agreements set
forth in said permit to be performed and observed by the City of
Anaheim, be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to accept said permit
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREX;OING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
