CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING CONDITIONAL USE

the date of the adoption of said resolution, a written appeal
was file4 with the City Council protesting the action of the
City Planning Commis.ianin denyinG said Conditional

o~ Anaheim, and notices of such public hearing were duly given
as required by law .nd the provisions of Title 18, Chapter
18.76 of the Anahei$ MUnicipal Code; and
WHEREAS, a~ the time and place fixed for saldpub1ic
hearing, the City C~uneil did duly hold and cond~ct such
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports; arid
WHEREAS, tbe City Council does find, after careful
consideration of the recoamendations of the City Planning
Commission and all evidence and reports offered at said hea~-
ing, that Conditional Use Permit Ro. ]lh~ should be denied.
