RESOLUTION NO. 70R-278
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAhEIli) APFI~OVING AND AU'l'HORI-
ZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEIv1ENT
RETAININ~ PUBLIC SAFETY SYSTEMS, INC.
TO RENDE~ SERVICES PERTAINING TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AND INSTALLATION OF A
COMPUTERIZED TRAFFIC RECORDS SYSTEM.
WHEREAS. the City of Anaheim desires to develop an
integrated traffic records system; and
WHEHEAS. Public Safety Systems, Inc. an engineering
consulting corporation has agreed to render services to develop
such a system for the City of l'..naheim, and
WHEP~AS, an agreement dated June 1, 1970, has this day
been submitted to the City Council to be made and entered into
by and between the City of Anaheim and Public Safety Systen~,
Inc., providing for the rendering of said services upon the terms
and conditions and for the compensation therein set forth, which
agreement the City Council finds would be in the public interest
of the City and should be approved.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the agreement dated June 1, 1970, by and
between the City of Anaheim and Public Safety Systems, Inc. be,
and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLU'TION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of June, 1970.
