RESOLUTION NO. 70R- 275
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and

to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the southerly 150 feet
of Vineyard Lot H-2, containing 20.4 acres as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds,
records of Los Angeles County, California described as
follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Olive Street
with the centerline of South Street, as shown on a Map
of Tract 373, recorded in Book 15, page 49 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence
North 150 311 30" West, along the centerline of Olive Street
180.00 feet; thence North 740 291 50" East, 32 feet, to an
intersection with a line parallel with and 32 feet easterly
from the centerline of said Olive Street; thence South 150
311 30" East, along the aforementioned parallel line 135.01
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave northeasterly
and having a radius of 15 feet; thence southerly and southeasterly
along said curve through a central angle of 890 581 40" an
arc distance of 23.56 feet to an intersection with the northerly
right of way line of said South Street; thence South 150
311 30" East, 30 feet to the centerline of said South Street;
thence South 740 291 50" West, along the said centerline
of said South Street 46.98 feet to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
