A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEtM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYIN$ TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY ~URPOSES.
WHEREAS, . the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirous of pur~hasing tile hereinafter described real
property for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for road
and public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS. the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is f~r the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real
property.
NOW. THE~FORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of An~eim that the offer of P. R. C. DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION. a cor~oration, to sell to the City of Anaheim
the following desc~ibed real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be
used for easements for road and public utility purposes, and
more particularly CLescribed as follows:
Parcel One: ~ easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across those portions of Lot
1, Tract 6315 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 233,
pages 42 and 43 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, Calif~rnia, described as follows:
Commencing in the northwest corner of Lot 1, said Tract
6314; thence S 00 07' 56" E, along the westerly boundary
of said Tract 6315, 23 feet; thence S 890 40' 2611 E,
along the cen~erline of Alameda Avenue 494.97 feet to
the true poin~ of beginning; thence S 00 19' 34" W, 30
feet to the beginning of a curve concave southerly and
having a radius of 50 feet, a radial line bearing N 00
19' 34" E, passes through the point of beginning of said
curve; thence easterly and southerly along said curve
through a central angle of 480 11' 23" an arc distance
of 42.05 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve concave
northwesterly and having a radius of 43 feet; thence
southeasterly, easterly, northeasterly and northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 1370 51'
49" an arc distance of 103.47 feet, thence N 890 40'
26" W, 43 feet; thence N 00 19' 34" E, 18 feet to an
intersection with the centerline of said Alameda Avenue;
thence N 890 40' 26" W, along the said centerline of
said Alameda Avenue 103.98 feet to the true point of
beginning.
Parcel Two: An easement for public utility purposes
over, under and across the southerly 5 feet and the easterly
10 feet of the southerly 210 feet of Lot 1, Tract 6315
as shown on a Map re90rded in Book 233, pages 42 and
43 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.

be, and the same is h~reby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURT~ER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
the City of Anaheim b~, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to
owner or owners of sa~d real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
