A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIH ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD Al\iD PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes;
and
w1it:.REAS, the owner eJf said property ha s of fered
to sell and convey the sarne to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

the City of Anaheim that the offer of

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public ut~lity purpo~es
an more part1cularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lots 172, 173, 174 and 175 of the
Eucalyptus Forest Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
5, pages 29 and 30 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of La Palma Avenue
and Red Gum Street, as shown on a Map of Tract 5070, recorded
in Book 252, pages 46 and 47 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, thence along the centerline of said Red Gum
Street, N 160 201 31;' VI, 499.83 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence continuing along the said centerline of
Red Gum Street N 16020' 31" W, 44.98 feet; thence N 73029'
39" E, 32 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with
and 32 feet easterly of the centerline of said Red Gum Street,
said point of intersection being the beginning of a curve con-
cave northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet, a radial
line bearing S 730 29' 39" ~v, passes through the point of
beginning of said curve; thence southeasterly and easterly
along said curve through a central angle of 890 58' 32" an arc
distance of 23.56 feeti thence N 730 401 5711 E, 250.09 feet,
tangent to said curve, to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave northwesterly and having a radius of 50 feet; thence
northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 360
321 11" an arc distance of 32.17 feet to the beginning of a
reverse curve concave soutllwesterly and having a radius of 50
feet, a radial line bearing N 530 11' 14'" W, passes through
the point of beginning of said curve; thence northeasterly,
easterly, southeasterly, southerly, southwesterly and westerly
along said curve through a central angle of 2530 44' 22" an

arc distance of 221.43 feet to the beginning of a reverse
curve concave southwesterly and having a radius of 50 feet,
a radial line bearing N 200 33' 08" E, passes through the point
of beginning of said curve; thence northwesterly along said
curve through a central angle of 360 52' 11" an arc distance
of 32.17 feet; thence S 730 40' 57" W, 250.05 feet, tangent
to said curve, to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
southeasterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence
southwesterly and southerly along said curve through a central
angle of 900 01' 28" an arc distance of 23.57 feet to an
intersection with a line parallel with and 32 feet easterly
of the centerline of said Red Gum Street; thence S 730 29' 39"
W, 32 feet to an intersection with the centerline of said
Red Gum Street; thence along the said centerline of said Red
Gum Street N 160 20' 31" vi, 45.02 feet to the true point of
beginning.
NOTE~ The purpose of this deed is to correct the erroneous
description set forth in Document No. 5889, recorded
August 8, 1969.
be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of the General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollars ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
