RESOLUTION NO. 70R- 262
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REQUESTING THE DIVISION OF HIGH-
WAYS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR PERMISSION
TO INSTALL A FIFTEEN MINUTE METERED PARKING
ZONE AT 220 NORTH ANAHEIM BOULEVARD WHICH IS
A STATE HIGHWAY.
WHEREAS, the City has received a request for a limited
time parking zone, to wit: fifteen (15) minutes at 220 North
Anaheim Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, Anaheim Boulevard is a State Highway; and
WHEREAS, ~t is necessary to request the Division of
Highways of the State of California for their permission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the City Council does petition to the
Division of Highways of the State of California for their approval
to establish a fifteen (15) minute metered parking zone on a
State Highway, to wit: 220 North Anaheim Boulevard.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 26th day of May , 1970.
