RESOLUTION NO. 70R-250
A RESOLUTLON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
APPRDVING THE REPORT OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS FOR
CERXAIN D$?ROVEMENTS TO BE MADE BY THE CITY UNDER THE
STREET LIcJrrING ACT OF 1931.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Anaheim did require
the Superintendent of Streets to make and file with the City Clerk a
written report with reference to proposed street lighting improvements
under the Street Lighting Act of 1931; and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets did make such written
report and file said report with the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim;
and
waEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim did present
said report to the City Council for consideration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did consider
the report and did conSider the cost estimate of the Superintendent of
Streets, did consider the period of time recommended for the improvements,
did consider the diagr~ or map showing the streets affected by the pro-
ceedings, did consider the lots or parcels of land abutting upon such
streets, did consider the proposed assessment of the total amount of the
probable or estimated cost and expenses of the proposed improvements
upon the several lots or parcels of land shown upon the diagram or map
in proportion to the estimated benefits to be received by each such lot
or parcel of land for the period of time recommended for the continuance
of the improvements, and did consider the plans and specifications of the
street lighting system;
NOW, THEREtORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the report of the Superintendent of Streets, as submitted,
is hereby approved and shall stand hereafter as the report for the purpose
of all subsequent proceedings in Street Lighting Assessment District
1965..1-13.
BE IT FURraER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Anaheim be, and she is hereby directed to keep a copy of said report on file
in her office for reference by any party interested in the proposed assess..
ment district.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
