A RESOLUTI N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT NO
OBJECTIONS WERE MADE TO THE PROPOSED CUTTING
AND REMO OF RANK GROWTH AND WEEDS AND RE-
MOVAL OF R BISH, REFUSE AND DIRT UPON ANY
PARCEL OR ARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY OR ANY
PUBLIC ST T IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM; AND
ORDERING T SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS TO
CUT AND VE SAID RANK GROWTH AND WEEDS
AND REMOVE SAID RUBBISH, REFUSE AND DIRT, AND
CHARGE THEb COST OF SUCH CUTTING AND REMOVAL
TO THE LOTr, PARCELS OR STREETS CLEANED.
WHEREAS, t City Council did on April 14, 1970, adopt
Resolution No. 70R-l 7 directing the City Clerk to set Tuesday,
May 19, 1970, at 1;0 P.M. in the Council Chambers in the City
Hall in the City of aheim as the time and place for the hearing
of objections to the proposed cutting and removal of rank growth
and weeds and remov 1 of rubbish, refuse and dirt upon any parcel
or parcels of real operty or any public street in the City of
Anaheim, and

WHEREAS, ~he Superintendent of Streets did cause notices
of said hearing to ~e posted as required by law, at least five
days prior to the t~e set for said hearing of objections; and
WHEREAS, ~he City Council did, at the time and place
aforesaid, hold and iconduct such hearing; and
WHEREAS, ~he City Council does find that no objections
were made at said h aring to the proposed cutting and removal of
rank growth and wee s and removal of rubbish, refuse and dirt.
NOW, THERJ!:FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim tha~ it does hereby find and determine that no
objections were madi to the proposed cutting and removal of rank
growth and weeds an removal of rubbish, refuse and dirt upon any
parcel or parcels 0 real property or any public street in the
City of Anaheim. I
BE IT FURtHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets
be, and he is hereby ordered to cut and remove said weeds and
remove said rUbbis~i refuse and dirt and to charge the cost of
such cutting and r oval to the lots, parcels or streets cleaned
by said Superintendnt of Streets.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of May, 1970.
