RESOLUTION NO. 70R-242
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AN~EIM FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT A MAJQ>RITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN
MADE IN THt PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ANNEXA-
TION OF CE~TAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY
TO THE CITt OF ANAHEIM KNOWN AND DESIG-
NATED AS OOUGLASS-KATELLA ANNEXATION .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
on the 20th day of March, 19..:1.ll-, receive a written
petition asking that certain territory described in said peti-
tion be annexed to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No.
70R-171, designatinq the said proposed annexation as
DOUGLAS~-KATEr.T.~ ~NNlP-X~'T'TON and
WHEREAS, tije City Council did fix the 19~ day of
Max ' 19~, at the hour of 1:30 P.M., a the City
Counc~l Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim, as the
day, hour and place when and where the City Council would hear
protests made by the owner or owners of any real property within
the territory proposed to be annexed; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published by the
City Clerk in accordance with the requirements of law; and

WHEREAS, said hearing on protests was held on the lqrh

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
does find and declare that a majority protest was no~ made
at said hearing.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
