A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CONSENTING TO THE DETACHMENT OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
(BOISSERANC PARK) .
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 35304
of the Government Code of the State of California, the owners of
all of the real property sought to be detached from the City of
Anaheim and annexed to the Citv of Buena Park have evidenced
their written consent to have said property annexed to the City
of Buena Park; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim, pur-
suant to Section 35304 of said Government Code, finds that it is
in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to consent to the
annexation of said real property commonly referred to as Boisseranc
Park (and more particularly described herein) to the City of
Buena Park.
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it consent, and it does hereby consent
to the detachment from the City of Anaheim of the following des-
cribed property:
The Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 1,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 51, Page 11 of Miscellane-
ous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom that portion thereof lying Southerly of
the North line and the Easterly and Westerly extension
thereof, of Tract No. 2308 as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 75, Pages 40 to 42 of ~iscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California.
Being further described as:
Parcel A:
The Easterly 641.51 feet of the Southerly 330.43 feet of
that portion of the Northwest one-quarter of the Southeast
one-quarter of said Section 1 lying Northerly of the North
line and the Easterly and Westerly prolongations thereof,
of said Tract No. 2308.
Parcel B:
The Southerly 330.43 feet, excepting the Easterly 641.51
feet thereof, of that portion of the Northwest one-quarter
of the Southeast one-quarter of said Section 1 lying North-
erly of the North line and the Easterly and Westerly pro-
longations thereof, of said Tract No. 2308.
Parcel C:
~Easterly 64l.51 feet, excepting the Southerly 330.43 feet
thereof, of that portion of the Northwest one-quarter of the
Southeast one-quarter of said Section 1 lying Northerly of
the North line and the Easterly and Westerly prolongations
thereof, of said Tract No. 2308.
Parcel D:
That portion of the Northwest one-quarter of the Southeast

one-quarter of said Section 1 lying Northerly of the North
line and the Easterly and Westerly prolongations thereof,
of said Tract No. 2308.
Excepting therefrom the Easterly 641.51 feet thereof, and
also excepting therefrom the Southerly 330.43 feet thereof.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this
resolution be forwarded to the City Attorney of the City of Buena
Park for use by him in the proposed annexation of said territory
to the City of Buena Park.
