An easement fot road and public utility purposes over,
under and acro,s that portion of the East half of the
Southwest quar~er of Section 3, Township 4, Range 10
West, in the R.ncho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as
shown on a Mapirecorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Beginning at t~e Northwest corner of the South half of
the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 3; sai4 northwest corner being the intersection
of the centerllnes of Commercial Street and Lemon Street;
thence North O~ 00' 45" East, along the centerline of
Lemon Street 4'.98 feet; thence South 890 59' 15" East
38.00 reet to ~he point or intersection with a line that
is parallel with the centerline of Lemon Street; said
point of inter$ection being the true point of beginning
and the beginning of a curve tangent to said parallel
line; said curte being concave northeasterly having a
radius of 15.00 feet; thence southerly and easterly
along said curTe through a central angle of 890 59' 00"
an arc distance of 23.56 feet to the intersection with
