RESOLUTION NO. 70R- 236
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
rOad and public utility purposes
and
Wrlt..Rl:;AS, the owner s Gf said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
GEORGE ALBERTUS COLLMAN and MERYL F. ~ULLMAN, nus Dana
and wire
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim. County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the 14.93 acres of
First Class Land allotted to William McKee, in the Final
Decree of Partition of the Rancho Canon de Santa Ana,
a certified copy of which was recorded February 8, 1874,
in Book 28, page 158 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles
County, California, as described in a deed recorded in
Book 7699, page 816, Official Records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Kellogg
Drive, formerly known as Orchard Drive, and Orangethorpe
Avenue as set forth in Parcel No. 108.04 of Deed No.
4316, recorded November 7, 1967 in Book 8427, page 788,
Official Records of Orange County, California; thence N
780 18' 57" W, along the centerline of said Orangethorpe
Avenue, 82.46 feet; thence N 110 41' 03" E., 70 feet;
thence N 520 36' 03" E, 41.92 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence N 030 30' 49" E., 526 feet, more or less,
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave westerly and
having a radius of 1160 feet; thence northerly along said
curve through a central angle of 40 17' 27" an arc dis-
tance of 86.87 feet; thence N 00 46' 36" w, 126.36
feet; thence N 810 22' 50" W, 5.07 feet; thence S
00 46' 36" E, 127.18 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave westerly and having a radius of 1155 feet;
thence southerly along said curve through a central angle
of 40 17' 27" an arc distance of 86.50 feet; thence S 30
30' 49" W, 482 feet, more or less; thence N 520 36' 03"
E, 6.62 feet to the true point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO).
