70R-206 RESOLUTION NO. 70R-206 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 2169. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a petition for zoning variance from JfMMIE J. MCAD-FS ~S AGENT fOR K~li G. DOI ~WNE' o certain rea property si uate In the ~i y 0 Anaheim, County of Orangeg State of California, described as follows: All that certain land situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, state of California, described as follows: The Easterly 125.00 feet, measured parallel with the Northerly prolongation of the tangent portion of the Easterly line of the Northerly 175.00 feet, measured parallel with the Easterly prolongation of the tangent portion of the Northerly line of Lot 1 of Tract No. 4261, as shown on a map recorded in Book 161, Pages 41 to 43 inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps records of said County, including all of the improvements located thereon. AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on ~~ch 23 , 19 70, not ice of wh ich sa id publ ie hear ing was u y given as requirea-by law and the provision~ of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and - WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, did adopt Resolution No. PC 70-5a Series 19 70, denying said variance ; and WHEREAS, therafter, within twenty-two (22).".days from the date of the adoption of said resolution, a written appeal was filed with the City Council of the City of Anaheim protesting the action of the City Planning Commission ~p-n~~nq said variance, and said appeal was set for public earingon .Apr~l 21 , 19 70, at 7~OO o'clock P.M. at the City Hall 1n he Cityof Anifi'iTm, and notice of such.public hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 15.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and. WHEREAS, after due investigation and studtes made by itself and in its behalf, and after due conside~.ation of all the evidence and reports offered at said hearing, the City Council does find and determine that: 1. There is no substantial property right. possessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone and denied the subject property. 2. It appears that the subject property can be adequately developed and used under th~ present zone.
