RESOLUTION NO. 70R-190
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASENENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same-to the City; and ____
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
SKEOCH DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'l'ION
An easement lying within the SOutherly 196 feet of the
easterly 367.00 feet of the westerly 697 feet of the
Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 12,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. & M., in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Parcel One: An easement for public utility purposes
over, under and across the northerly 8.00 feet of the
westerly 30.00 feet and the northerly 8.00 feet of the
easterly 8.00 of the westerly 190.00 feet of that certain
parcel of land designated as Parcel 3 on a Parcel Map
recorded in Book 9, page 50, records of Orange County,
California.
Parcel Two: An easement for public utility overhead
purposes for electrical power lines only, over and across
the northerly 5.00 feet of that certain parcel of land
designated as Parcel 3 on a Parcel Nap recorded in Book
9, page 50, records of Orange County, California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
