RESOLUTION NO. 70R-189

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR UNDERGROUND
ELECTRICAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, t~e City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purcha$ing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
underground e~ectrical purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
ANAHEIM COUNT~Y CLUB APARTMENTS, a Partnership
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
underground electrical purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
A public utility easement for the installation
and maintenance of underground electrical con-
duit and related electrical facilities as shown
on a map attached hereto and made a part hereof,
over, under and across a strip of land 5 feet
wide, unless otherwise indicated on said map,
lying within the following described parcel of
land:
The South half of the northeast quarter of the
northeast quarter of Section 18, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as per map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
