A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR WATER VAULT. AND
WATER MAIN PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
water vault and water main purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property h~
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
ANAHEIM COUNTRY CLUB APARTMENTS, a Partnersh1p
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
water vault and water main purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the installation and maintenance of
a water vault and water main under and across that
portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said County, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the land con-
veyed to Anaheim Country Club Apartments by deed
recorded May 14, 1969 in Book 8956, page 212 of
Official Records of said County; thence along the
easterly line of said land, North 00 06' 10" East to
a point in a line parallel with and distant northerly
45 feet (measured at right angles) from the south
line of said Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 18, said point being the True Point of
Beginning of the herein described parcel; thence
continuing North 00 061 10" East 5.00 feet; thence
parallel to the south line of said land, South 880
58' 40" West, 28.00 feet; thence South 00 06' 10"
West 5.00 feet; thence North 880 58' 40" East 28.00
feet to the True Point of Beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
