RESOLUTION NO. 70R-183
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AWARDING TO ODRA L. CHANDLER LIFE-
TIME MEMBERSHIP TO THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL GOLF
COURSE ~D THE USE OF ITS FACILITIES WITHOUT
COST TO HIMSELF.
WHEREAS, Odra L. Chandler, Councilman and Mayor of
the City of Anaheim, has faithfully served the City with great
credit to himself and with distinction to the City of Anaheim;
and
WHEREAS. Odra L. Chandler has expended diligence and
perseverance on behalf of, and to the great benefit of, the
City of Anaheim in the initiation of outstanding projects and
the day-to-day administration of City government; and
WHEREAS. his dynamic energy and sincere efforts have
been instrumental in making Anaheim the number one city in Orange
County; and
WHEREAS. his foresight and conscientious effort have
brought, and will continue to bring, developments of inestimable
value to the City's economy and to the citizens of Anaheim;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that an appropriate
expression of the gratitude of the City Council and the people
and residents of the City of Anaheim to Odra L. Chandler will
be the granting of lifetime nembership with guest to the Anaheim
Municipal Golf Course.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council
of the City of Anaheim that OOra L. Chandler be and he is hereby
made a life member of the Anaheim Municipal Golf Course and
shall be entitled to the use and enjoyment of its facilities
with guest free of charge.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 7th day of April, 1970.
