RESOLUTION NO. 70R-180
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 69R-600 AND AMENDING THE COMPENSA-
TION SCHEDULE FOR THE JOB CLASS OF ASSISTANT CONVENTION
CENTER AND STADIUM MAINTENANCE FOREMAN.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director and City Manager have recommended
in a staff report dated March 18, 1970 that the Salary Resolution be amended
to provide for the exemption from overtime provisions in accordance with the
provisions of Rule 6 of the Personnel Resolution to employees in the classi-
fication of Assistant Convention Center and Stadium Maintenance Foreman;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following job class be reallocated to a Compensation Schedule
as follows:
