A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
Anaheim is
real property
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same-to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CHRISTINA E. POHLMANN,
SHERRILL J. POHLMANN, VERNIA RITA REED and WILDA MAY WIEBE,
and YORBA PLAZA COMPANY, a partnership
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and ublic utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes-over,
under and across that portion of the South 7 acres of
the east half of the west half of the Southwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M. described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Gilbert Street
and Lincoln Avenue as shown on a Map of Tract 2625, record-
ed in Book 94, pages 9, 10 and 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California; thence North 880 57'
15" East, along the centerline of said Lincoln Avenue 495.08
feet; thence North 00 22' 08" West, 40 feet to a point of
intersection with the northerly right of way line of Lincoln
Avenue, said point of intersection being the true point of
beginning; thence South 880 57' 15" West, along the said
northerly right of way line of said Lincoln Avenue 54.71
feet to the beginning of a curve concave northwesterly and
having a radius of 25.00 feet, a radial line bearing South
00 22' 08" East, passes through the point of beginning of
said curve; thence easterly and northerly along said curve
through a central angle of 890 19' 23" an arc distance of
38.97 feet; thence North 00 22' 08" West, 141.66 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave southwesterly and
havinq a radius of 50 feet; thence northerly and northwest-
erly along said curve through a central angle of 360 52' 12"
an arc distance of 32.18 feet to the beginning of a reverse
curve concave southerly and having a radius of 50 feet;
thence northwesterly, northerly, southeasterly and southerly
along said curve through a central angle of 2530 44' 24" an

beginning of a tangent curve concave northeasterly and having
a radius of 25.00 feet; thence southerly and southeasterly
along said curve through a central angle of 900 40' 37" an
arc distance of 39.57 feet to an intersection with the said
northerly right of way line of said Lincoln Avenue; thence
South 880 57' 15" Nest, along the said Northerly right of
way line of said Lincoln Avenue 55.30 feet to the true point
of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
