RESOLUTION NO. 70R-158
A P~SOLUTI~N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ,APPROVING THE TEmlS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGR.E~MENT AUTHORIZING THE BAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO E4ECUTE M~ AGREEf1ENT WITH FRANK D.
BEARDSLEY to CONDUCT A RELAY FUSE STUDY.
WHEREAS, city owns and operates an electrical distribu-
tion system; and
WHEREAS, city desires to have a review of its practices
in order to obtain o~timum relay-fuse coordination on its twelve
(12) KV system; and
WHEREAS, E4gineer has submitted a proposal under letter
dated March 11, 1970j signed by Engineer; and .
WHEREAS, s4id proposal is acceptable to CitYi and
WHEREAS, tije City Council of City believes it is in the
best interest of City to have said study made by Engineer.
NOW, THERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim ~hat the agreement dated April 30, 1970, this
day submitted to the ,City Council to be made and entered into by
and between the parttes providing for the services of Frank D.
Beardsley, Consulting Engineer, for the conduction of a relay
fuse study in connection with City's electrical distribution
system, upon the terms and conditions therein set forth, be and
the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURT~ER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are her~by authorized to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING P~SOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 31st day of Mar~h, 1970.
