RESOLUTION NO. 70R- 157
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
LEASE AGREEHENT BETt^lEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND EL CAMINO BANK.
WHEREAS, the newly formed El Camino Bank desires to
lease City property for parking; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim on
February 10, 1970, directed the City Attorney to prepare said
lease; and
WHEREAS, said lease has been prepared in accordance
with the proposed teXffis presented to the City Council of Anaheim.
NOW, THERE.FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the agreement between the City of Anaheim
and El Camino Bank leasing City property located at 106 North
Claudina Street, An~~eim, to El Camino Bank for parking purposes
be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Hayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 31st day of March, 1970.
